Our agency client is looking for multiple Sr Project Managers to support experience digital initiatives for an enterprise telecommunications client. They are seeking candidates with deep knowledge of project management in either the UX design or research space.This is a fully remote freelance role (40hrs/week) starting June 3rd 2024 through August 30th 2024 with potential to expend.In this role, the Sr Project Manager will:-define and manage experience design projects, prioritization and tools for the Digital Product Experience Designand Strategy group by identifying process gaps, reducing cross-functional friction, and establishing design quality assurance and design operations-Establish workflow process and drive hand-off and approval process.-Communicate complex topics with clarity by using on your ability to inspire and persuade others- Oversee status/initiative health, escalation/risk, and performance reporting for marketing campaigns, including working with external partners and internal tools.The ideal candidate will have:-7+ years of project management experience across digital ecosystems, including eComm, Apps, Web-Proven track record of handling multi-faceted projects, partnering across a wide array of groups/stakeholders-Experience managing project and scrum teams in both waterfall and agile environments-Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives and stakeholders-Be scrappy and flexible, who proactively recommends creative solutions-Experience with Figma and Slack preferredCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
