Citigroup TTS Digital Channels Product Manager, SVP in New York, New York

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the global product strategy, capabilities roadmap, feature requirements, and marketing strategy for horizontal capabilities of the CitiDirect platform. Additionally, as a platform product manager, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans while coordinating with the broader organization as they develop new vertical experiences on top of the platform. You will deploy new products, maintain and enhance existing products, drive awareness and usage, and measure the product performance ensuring positive user experiences, delivered at the optimum cost. You will drive the product inception and iteration process, seeking continuous improvement on customer satisfaction and business impact metrics. You will be comfortable with technology and the software development lifecycle, and work in collaboration with our internal team, the security teams, compliance/regulatory teams, and regional business and operational partners to set direction and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic program roadmaps, launches, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution.

  • Interface with application development leaders to clarify requirements, align priorities and translate vision into work items for the delivery teams.

  • Drive the product inception process for new products and upgrades by preparing the business case and feasibility study, defining the service offering and catalog, enabling product implementation by key partners.

  • Benchmark new product opportunities across metrics such as cost, quality, capability standardization potential, supportability, scalability and time to market.

  • Collaborate with product, data science, and development teams to flesh out the personas and use cases for new capabilities.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to help identify the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule.

  • Understand and define the user stories, user journeys, definition of done, and acceptance criteria.

  • Create enhancement opportunities by reviewing existing metrics, analyzing trends and performance dashboards.

  • Drive increase in product adoption by reviewing adoption rates and taking remedial action.

  • Manage day-to-day product marketing for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

  • Execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing and targeting

  • Oversee all aspects of product life cycle management.

  • Contribute to product financial performance and expense management goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in product management

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals

  • Working knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climate

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in the software development lifecycle and platforming.

  • You are a technologist and do not shy away from going into the technical details needed to turn high level, complex requirements into deliverables, milestones and work items.

  • You have good communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate to key partners

  • Providing a great experienceto the users of your product is important to you.

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
