TEKsystems Desktop Support Specialist in Newark, Delaware

MUST HAVES:
Troubleshooting Windows OS and Office 365, Mobility phone Support (iPhone), Creating Technical Documentation, Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
Contractor role, individual contributor working in the Newark, DE. This role rotates between Front of House and Back of House, addresses their issues, resolves or collaborates to resolve.
Tech will do any of the following, depending on the day: Greets users, creates incident tickets, reimage devices, desk visit (if needed), assist in project based work (as required), maintain loaner laptop / thin client inventory so available as needed. Partner with peer technology support teams, including desktop engineering, product managers and application support to identify resolution to more complex incidents.
Strong verbal and written skillset, able to handle multiple issues at one time. Organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft products, able to adjust quickly, depending on the need.
