Are you a compliance professional with expertise in digital marketing and sales?
Prudential's Global Insurance Compliance team based in Newark, NJ is seeking a Manager to join their team. This position will be involved in a range of compliance matters, including:
Initiatives driven by the CCO and COE of Global Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Practices
Develop, deliver and monitor executive leadership reports
Document and implement key pivotal initiatives supporting Global Insurance Compliance
Support compliance risk management program efforts
Coordinate with compliance marketing review unit to support implementation of training, technology and regulatory changes
The current employee work arrangement for this position is Remote or Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business.
If fully remote, there will be mandatory travel to our Newark office on an as-needed basis.
If Hybrid (located in the Newark area) your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Cultivate relationships across Global Insurance Compliance and its partners
Build and manage roadmaps for key initiatives supporting Global Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Practices
Work with Center of Excellence partners in continuing to evolve global programs, policies, and requirements to support governance roles, responsibilities.
Promote Prudentials Compliance Risk Management Framework to support compliance with rules and regulations including administration of review and monitoring, and issue management.
Apply implementation framework to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Monitor current reporting for escalation and review for discrepancies.
Assist in coordinating global compliance activities across the Global Insurance Compliance group.
Develop reporting and monitoring to provide periodic Compliance updates to senior leaders on key risk indicators, and material compliance risks.
Support the design and infrastructure for Global Marketing and Digital Marketing team framework to support sustainability long term.
What youll need:
8+ years of experience leading and driving key critical initiatives across multiple business lines
Knowledge of Marketing, Digital marketing, Sales Practices compliance requirements
Proven communication, analytical and project management/implementation skills.
Stellar relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
Experience developing and delivering Senior level reporting.
Itd be a plus if you had:
Bachelor's degree
Project Management experience
FINRA knowledge

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
