Job Description
The Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace solutions. This role involves working closely with data architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to enable seamless data integration and data management processes. The developer ensures high performance, scalability, and reliability of the data marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
o Design and develop Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace solutions to meet business requirements.
o Implement data integration workflows, data mappings, and data transformations using Informatica Cloud tools.
o Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data catalogs.
2. Data Integration:
o Integrate various data sources (on-premises and cloud) into the Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace.
o Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the data integration processes.
o Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline data ingestion and processing.
3. Collaboration:
o Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and business analysts to understand data requirements and provide suitable solutions.
o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems.
4. Performance Optimization:
o Monitor and optimize the performance of data integration processes and data marketplace solutions.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, data quality, and performance.
5. Documentation and Training:
o Create and maintain detailed documentation of data integration processes, data models, and metadata.
o Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on using the Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and data management.
o Identify opportunities for improving the data marketplace platform and implement necessary enhancements.

Skills and Requirements
o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration and data management roles.
o Experience in developing and managing Informatica Cloud Data Marketplace solutions
Proficiency in Informatica Cloud Data Integration tools and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
o Experience with integrating other external applications like Sailpoint, etc
o Experience with automating secure access to AWS services like (Redshift, Athena, S3), Microsoft O365, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, PowerBI Informatica Cloud Data Integration certification.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. null
