WebMD LLC Product Marketing Manager in Newark, New Jersey

- Analyze product business to determine trends, sales, and training needs to drive product recommendations.
- Execute market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Craft compelling product messaging, storytelling and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market and resonate with target audiences.
- Be a subject matter expert on the products you manage, and, using insights,
- Maintain detailed product specifications/capabilities documents, functional requirements and design prototypes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that effectively communicate product value and drive customer engagement.
- Attend client calls as product SME in support of Sales pre and post sale.
- Project manage product innovations, new products and product enhancements across platforms including liaison between Technical Product, Editorial, Member Marketing, Marketing Solutions, Newark implementation teams, Business Intelligence, Ad implementation teams.
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams on ensuring product reporting architecture is developed and maintained accurately.
- Establish pilot plan for product execution-including the # of new sales -duration of program -success metrics
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Gather and leverage customer feedback to refine product offerings, messaging, and marketing strategies.
- Work with Global and US teams to understand trends.
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent years of experience
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in working in the digital media space, ideally with a premium publisher or ad tech company.
- The individual should possess excellent problem solving and relationship management skills.
- Experience in defining and operationalizing requirements for large scale, complex products or systems and the ability to work cross-functionally is essential.
- Individual must be highly analytical with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/CPG verticals are a plus.
