Description
We are in search of a detail-oriented Property Administrator for a long-term contract placement in Essex County, NJ. Your main responsibilities will include proactively contacting applicants on the waiting list for housing, arranging interviews with management, ensuring the required documentation is secured from candidates during the application process, and sending out mail correspondence. The role requires good communication skills as it will involve significant customer service, administrative tasks, and data entry.

3 years of affordable housing experience
