Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Newburgh, New York
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced individual in customer relations to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves direct interaction with customers to discuss orders, resolve issues, and address their needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Engage in extensive problem-solving, process orders, and assist in managing customer accounts
Provide proactive sales support by building strong relationships with customers
Schedule service and delivery orders
Coordinate service schedules with the operations team
Reach out to customers to arrange additional services or propose maintenance plans
Escalate unresolved customer complaints to appropriate departments for further investigation
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of customer service experience required
Strong time management and project management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
