Aston Carter Customer Service Representative in Newburgh, New York

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual in customer relations to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves direct interaction with customers to discuss orders, resolve issues, and address their needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in extensive problem-solving, process orders, and assist in managing customer accounts

  • Provide proactive sales support by building strong relationships with customers

  • Schedule service and delivery orders

  • Coordinate service schedules with the operations team

  • Reach out to customers to arrange additional services or propose maintenance plans

  • Escalate unresolved customer complaints to appropriate departments for further investigation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least two years of customer service experience required

  • Strong time management and project management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
