Inbound Call Center Representative/Dispatcher: This role will be part of the contact team for patients interested in our services and be responsible for assisting patients in making appointments, answering basic questions. - Receive inbound calls, including transferred calls. - Place outbound calls as instructed by supervisor. - Answer questions about the practice, our services, and/or physicians - Assist patients with any issues they experienced and escalate to management appropriately - Data entry -Bilingual (English/Spanish)
