Aston Carter Office Administrator / Client Services in Newburgh, New York

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual with experience in customer-focused roles. The customer service representative will work directly with customers to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and attend to related needs.

The goal of this position is to deliver a superior level of service that exceeds customer expectations. To be a successful customer service representative, candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Specific Job Functions:

  • Engage in extensive problem-solving, order processing, and routine maintenance of customer accounts.

  • Adhere to company protocols, policies, and objectives while seeking opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency.

  • Provide proactive sales support by developing strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone.

  • Schedule service and delivery orders and coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.

  • Process billing for service, delivery, and new installation orders.

  • Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule additional services or offer maintenance plans.

  • Escalate unresolved customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Follow all safety regulations and established company policies.

  • Complete any other assigned responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.

  • Proper phone etiquette.

  • Strong time management and project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
