Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Work in modern production spaces with cutting-edge equipment and amenities. Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment. Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices. Operate mobile equipment and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand. Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms. Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Set up molds and assemble rebar cages.
Pour and finish concrete.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices.
Operate mobile equipment and cranes.
Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand.
Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms.
Perform general labor duties and special projects as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in general construction.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Experience in production and concrete work.
Ability to operate power tools and rebar.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in batch plant operations, driving, concrete finishing, rigging, carpentry, welding, and mechanics is advantageous.

Work Environment
This role requires working indoors in a production environment. Responsibilities include shoveling concrete as part of production tasks. Steel-toed boots are mandatory. No certifications are required.
