Permanent Position: A Quality Engineer is needed in Coweta County, GA (30+ minutes south of the Atlanta Airport). Quality Engineer provides technical and analytical support to the Quality Manager to improve processes through data acquisition and analysis.

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or an equivalent discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment

• Root cause analysis

• 8d corrective actions, writing reports to customers

• Experience with customer and supplier communications

• Experience with performance of Gage R&R (GR&R) studies, preferred

• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.

• Developing corrective actions, solutions and improvements

• Maintains statistical process controls

• Coordination and performance of internal process/product audits

• Part inspection, including: layout, in process, final, and receiving using all types of mechanical inspection
