Position Summary

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) team.

This position will work collaboratively in our FQHC Primary Care and School Based Health Center. You will practice under established protocols and policies. You will also assume independent responsibilities in the assessment, diagnosis, and the initiation of treatment. In this position you provide holistic primary medical care for families and clients across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic diseases.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a certified nurse practitioner school.

  • Nurse Practitioner licensure as a family nurse practitioner in the State of Oregon .

  • Driver’s License.

    Compensation is dependent on education, experience and internal pay equity.

Lincoln County offers a comprehensive benefit package including vacation, holiday, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, vision which is paid at 90% by the County and 10% by the employee. Other fully paid benefits include life, AD&D, long-term disability insurance. Other optional insurances are available. A 401K retirement plan is also provided. The County's current contribution rate is 11%.

Regular and Trial Service employees working between 20 - 39 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for pro-rated employee benefits.
