What You'll Contribute

The Manager, Digital Marketing, Search & Display Advertising, will be responsible for executing and optimizing our paid media initiatives in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, bid optimization and measurement for both Google and Microsoft Bing Search engines. You will also have hands-on experience with performance media execution in the display advertising space; working with various media partners to achieve set performance goals through continuous testing, targeting and optimization strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute performance media campaigns across SEM, display and emerging media channels. This will include hands-on setup and execution of campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Conversion, Cost Per Thousand (CPM) and other business-relevant media KPIs.

  • Interface and collaborate with external media vendors and advertising agencies to identify the best possible performance media opportunities to execute marketing strategies and achieve customer acquisition goals.

  • Create, execute and report on a robust test and learn roadmap in collaboration with our internal analytics teams and marketing channel managers.

  • Utilize internal workflow management systems to ensure the timely creation, delivery, approval and archiving of advertising creative content.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with hands-on experience, preferably at an advertising agency, financial services, ecommerce-focused, or similar fast-paced, performance media environment.

  • 3+ years of experience working hands-on in Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The successful candidate will possess experience in campaign setup and measurement, as well as keyword-level bid adjustment and optimization.

  • Experience working hands-on in Display Advertising, with a specific focus on Pay Per Click (PPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) campaigns. The successful candidate will be able to setup and execute display media campaigns across various media partners including Demand Side Platforms (DSP).

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

  • Experience with using analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics preferred.

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and the relationship between paid and organic media channels a plus.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable results on a continual basis.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
