Bright Horizons Associate Enterprise Director, Client Services in Newton, United States

The Associate Enterprise Director of Client Services is responsible for assisting the Enterprise team with the building of new relationships and prospects in the enterprise space to deliver new clients and encourage existing clients to expand their suite of Bright Horizons' offerings. This role requires a strong sales and marketing professional to achieve these results.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with development and management of a predefined Enterprise sales territory and portfolio of accounts

  • Assist with the development of a detailed Annual Territory Account Plan and manage to it consistently and effectively throughout the year, making necessary and continuous strategic adjustments and updates.

  • Represent Bright Horizons services in the marketplace and at conferences

  • Assist with securing new business with enterprise accounts to attain Enterprise sales goals and team/business unit growth objectives

  • Proactively identify, develop content and assist with contacting prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline

  • Ensure a deep understanding of each prospect's ongoing business strategy, aligning Bright Horizons services to that strategy to affect the sale in the creation of materials and needed follow up

  • Effectively manage the process of developing financial proposals, presentation materials, business case information and other supporting collateral, during the selling cycle

  • Provide leadership and direction to sales pursuit team and supporting resources in consulting, account management and other functions

  • Work closely with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth implementation upon sale

  • Utilize Salesforce consistently and ensure updates are made accurately and as needed

  • Meet or exceed team quota

Job Requirements – Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

5 years of Sales and marketing experience - Required

  • Strong analytical, organizational and management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, problem solving and time management skills required

  • Ability to travel 15-35% of the time
