EPAM Systems, INC seeks an Account Manager I in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S.
Minimum requirements for the position are: 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Account Manager), HR Manager, Project Manager, Software Engineering Manager/Lead Software Engineer, Program Manager, CTO, Department Director/Head of Department, Business Analyst, or closely related occupation.
Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Duties:
- Act as a subject matter expert within Account Management and Delivery Management.
- Act as the Account lead with clients, internal teams and BU heads.
- Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop/ support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with project/ program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model.
- Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close/ sign new deals.
