Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the General Labor : * Perform various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, hosing, and power washing. * Maintain a safety-first mindset, adhering to all company and regulatory safety protocols. * Operate basic industrial machinery including fork trucks and bobcats. * Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and troubleshoot problems. * Work in various environmental conditions including extreme weather, and be prepared for a physically demanding role with many steps and stairs. * Make safe and quick decisions in a dynamic work environment.

Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: * 1-2 years of manufacturing background is preferred. * Experience with basic machine and hand tool operations. * Ability to operate fork trucks and bobcats preferred. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions and be coachable. * Proven track record of being reliable and punctual. * Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
