Job Description
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
We are Looking for an individual to support and consult on projects for our global customer portfolio. Handle and liaise any customer issues to the Software Engineers or relevant support teams. This individual will integrate the Global Professional Services group and will be part of an Agile team working on software development and deployment projects globally.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee or perform the implementation of the software.
Track tasks, action items, and deadlines based on a prescribed deployment process.
Gather client requirements and configure based on business needs.
Manage multiple projects at a time, each at different stages of implementation.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure successful implementation.
Guide clients on best practices and train users.
Monitor emails and respond to customers in a timely manner while tracking and following up on outstanding items.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in the Support, IT Helpdesk, or related fields
Good understanding of Server systems, networking, and related technologies
Good understanding of Database scripts and queries or PL SQL.
Understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required)
Ideal Candidate Qualifications and experience:
RESTful API services: understanding and troubleshooting.
DevOps and QA Practices
Hosting IIS and Tomcat apps
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows OS architecture
Network connectivity troubleshooting
