GATT-technologies, a Johnson & Johnson Company is recruiting for a Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, located in Nijmegen.

As an Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines. You'll provide essential engineering and technical support for production and processing equipment, optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to launch new products and improve existing ones. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products on time, making a significant contribution to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Process and Maintenance Engineer, key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Leadership: Coordinate and implement technical aspects of base business operations.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize manufacturing efficiency.

  • Problem-Solving: Address engineering and production issues effectively.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records.

  • Validation and Improvement: Ensure process quality and recommend enhancements.

  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and company standards.

  • Equipment Management: Manage equipment lifecycle from procurement to maintenance.

  • Product Support: Contribute to new product development and lifecycle management.

  • Regulatory Support: Provide technical expertise for regulatory matters.

  • Project Management: Deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Education:

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering degree or Equivalent

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Generally, requires (4-8) years related experience in technical area (engineering or/and maintenance)

  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field

  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures

  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures

Preferred:

  • Equipment and Process Validation (URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)

  • Equipment maintenance and calibration knowledges

  • Organizational skills / able to prioritize

  • Technical troubleshooting and machine design review

  • Experience in CAPA & NR leadership or support

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma belt is an asset

Other:

  • Proficient in English

  • Good communications skills, making complex issues easy for others to understand and the ability to prepare communications for team and project documentation.
