- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, Engineering discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Quality environment .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product/Manufacturing
- Experience in aerospace industry
Communication and Organization:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences (peers, executives, customers, external auditors).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SAP; ETQ experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Highly motivated; self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong problem-solving abilities for identifying and resolving issues
