常に高い身だしなみと衛生基準を維持すること、同僚や他のすべての部門との良好な関係と協力関係を維持することも重要です。スーパーバイザーやチームへのサポートも大切な業務の一つです。

Responsible for various HR and administrative tasks.

  • Assisting with HR and administrative duties.

  • Supporting internal training programs.

  • Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.

Maintaining a professional appearance and good hygiene is important. Building positive relationships and cooperating with colleagues and other departments is crucial. Supporting supervisors and teams is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications:

日本語での円滑かつプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションスキル

日本国籍以外の応募者は大学の学位またはディプロマを保有している必要があり、特に人事やビジネス関連の学位を持っていると尚良し。

ホテルでの総務に関連する業務の経験があれば、優遇いたします。

Non-Japanese national applicants must have a University Degree/Diploma – preference given to

Human Resources or business-related degrees.

Experience of working in hotel-related administrative positions would be a useful benefit.
