Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and fix the production issues (Defects resolution) following the complete SDLC processes

  • Production support for Incidents (Analysis and restoration), batch monitoring and processing, proactive heath checks and reports on production environment

  • Work on enhancements and User stories in Agile environment

  • Support in shifts on weekends, holidays and on daily basis as per roster

  • Be able to understand and work on complex stored procedures and ability to fine tune performance issues

  • Be able to understand the existing functionality, analyze and come up with performance improvement suggestions and ability to implement break fixes or enhance the functionality

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of business systems analysis in healthcare Industry EDI Transactions (837 - Claims \ Encounters, 834 - Enrollment\Adjudication and payments) understanding

  • 3+ years working with Agile development methodologies

  • 2 - 4 years working with technical developers/engineers

  • Hands-on experience with on Java, Core Java, Spring batch Spring boot

  • Good experience in using Jenkins, Github, CI/CD pipeline

  • Database design and integration experience with SQL Server databases, Relational Database and SQL Language

  • Solid knowledge of Java, Core Java, Spring batch Spring boot
