Job Description:

As the Principal Product Manager for our AI Studio, an internal marketplace at UKG, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of innovative solutions that optimize our internal ecosystem, driving efficiency and collaboration across our organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in product management, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) domains, you will lead a team dedicated to revolutionizing how our internal resources are managed and utilized.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market trends, ensuring the continuous evolution and enhancement of our Internal Marketplace platform.

Technical Requirements: Define and prioritize technical requirements, encompassing REST frameworks, graph databases, authentication mechanisms, and monitoring tools, to support the scalability and performance of the Internal Marketplace.

Requirements Analysis and Gathering: Conduct thorough requirements analysis and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to drive the development of user-centric features and functionalities.

API Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of robust RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless integration and interaction within the Internal Marketplace ecosystem.

Authentication and Authorization: Implement effective authentication and authorization mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and ensure secure access control within the Internal Marketplace platform.

Services Discovery: Facilitate services discovery processes to enable efficient resource utilization and promote synergy across diverse internal teams and departments.

Testing and QA: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish rigorous testing protocols, ensuring the reliability, and stability of the Internal Marketplace through comprehensive testing and QA processes.

Deployment and Scalability: Drive the deployment of Internal Marketplace updates and enhancements, while ensuring scalability to accommodate growing organizational needs and evolving user requirements.

Iterative Development: Embrace an iterative development approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation to deliver incremental value and address emerging challenges effectively.

Documentation and Support: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing support to internal users, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information related to the Internal Marketplace platform.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, incorporating compliance measures into the design and operation of the Internal Marketplace.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.

5+ years of SaaS product management experience.

Experience in building 0-1 products using agile methodologies.

Proficiency in Machine Learning, including Classification, Extraction and Parsing, Translation, Transcription, Anomaly detection, and recommendation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in engineering or computer science.

7+ years of product management experience.

Experience in scaling 1-10 products to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
