Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, and other Azure resources

  • Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect Azure resources and data, including managing access controls and implementing security best practices

  • Deploy and configure Azure Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and authentication mechanisms

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement Azure infrastructure requirements for new projects and initiatives

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and resource provisioning

  • Monitor Azure resource usage and provide recommendations for optimization and cost savings

  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure resources

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features, updates, and industry best practices, and proactively propose and implement improvements to our Azure environment

  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams, including assisting with Azure-related questions and issues

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 6+ years of experience working as an Azure Administrator or in a similar role, with hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Azure resources

  • Experience with Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, routing, and network security groups

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools for Azure, such as Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights

  • Solid knowledge of Azure services and capabilities, including virtual machines, storage accounts, virtual networks, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security Center

  • Knowledge of Azure backup and disaster recovery options, including Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery

  • Understanding of Azure security and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and manage security controls

  • Familiarity with Azure resource management tools, such as Azure Portal, Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, and Azure Resource Manager templates

  • Proven solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex Azure infrastructure issues

  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification:

  • Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect
