SCA is seeking an IAM developer with in-depth expertise in Azure AD SCIM provisioning and a comprehensive understanding of Identity Management APIs, including both SOAP and REST API endpoints, to design and implement provisioning / deprovisioning from Active Directory to 3rd party applications. The IAM developer will be responsible for automating user lifecycle management for the organization.

SCA is looking to hire a Identify and Access Management Engineer to help with supporting the planning, design, development and deployment of centralized identity and access management (IAM) solutions for the organization. This includes supporting identity management software solutions like Azure Active Directory as well as developing automation solutions for systems such as on-prem Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of IT Configuration and Asset Management processes.* Expert knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.* Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools* Solution Oriented mind set & be able to provide recommendations for the current and future platform.* Familiar with the processes that consume CMDB data e.g., Incident, Problem, SDLC, Asset, and Change* Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity.* Able to generate reports for KPIs.* Strong organizational skills.* Excellent collaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a team environment.* Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Work alongside application owners to develop application security roles within centralized IAM directories

  • Develop role based access automation based on employee job titles/roles

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS.

  2. Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.

  3. Experience using the ServiceNow platform.

  4. Knowledge of ITIL processes.

  5. Advanced problem-solving ability.

  6. Ability to program in JavaScript.

  7. Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML.

  8. Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS.

  9. Web development tools and techniques like . NET and AJAX.

  10. Cloud computing expertise.

  11. 2-5+ years in IT infrastructure.

  12. 4+ years of CMDB/Discovery in ServiceNow.

  13. Experience leading CMDB-related projects from initiation to completion.

  14. Expert analysis, troubleshooting, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.

  15. Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
