Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with business partners/stakeholders to translate identified business needs into capabilities or features that can be measured

  • Manage the whole product across the lifecycle using defined development process (Lifecycle Management)

  • Interpret and translates capabilities into requirements for engineering teams as features and user stories

  • Validate requirements with key stakeholders via demos, pilots and/or beta groups

  • Pro-actively identify needs/priorities of audience and provide relevant information when sharing insights, including facts and explanation of decision-making criteria

  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve product capabilities

  • Accurately translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Effectively represents technical challenges and opportunities to external and internal stakeholders

  • Prioritize roadmap and articulates a logical, iterative approach to delivering the customer solution

  • Serve as the product champion and subject matter expert for business and functional partners

  • Identify potential issues and pro-actively develops mitigation plans

  • Assists in removing obstacles, resolves conflicts and ensures alignment

  • Support multiple product owners to gather, interpret, and prioritize user requirements into user stories with complete acceptance criteria into an actionable backlog for the team

  • Assess the products and capabilities effectiveness post implementation

  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development and delivery of solutions (Build/Launch)

  • Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decisions as appropriate (Manage/Sunset)

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience

  • Business or Systems Requirements development experience

  • Experience with MS Office applications

  • Good experience with stakeholder management and verbal communication

  • Experienced working in an SDLC environment

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others

  • Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or technology

  • Experience creating a roadmap of capability execution

  • Healthcare experience

  • Experience in Aha & Rally
