Job Description
Board design
Board level System architecture includes memory or communication interfaces.
Board level System and Circuit design.
Pin function specifications, system perspective.
SOC specifications and board level system specifications.
Development and design of SOC power supply, system power supply specifications, and PMIC specifications.
Interface specifications incorporating SOC-peripheral devices
Board level DC/AC simulations.
Electromagnetic simulation tools: Ansys HFSS or Cadence SI/PI, or othre SI/PI.
Package design
Experience in IC packaging layout design, emphasizing advanced technologies like SiP (System-in-Package), flip-chip, and 3D packaging.
Expertise in using Cadence APD (Allegro Package Designer) for IC package layout design.
Electromagnetic simulation tools: Ansys HFSS or Cadence SI/PI, or othre SI/PI.
Comprehensive knowledge of packaging design aspects, encompassing power distribution, thermal control, and signal fidelity.
Profound understanding of semiconductor manufacturing methodologies and packaging assembly processes.
Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts and ideas with clarity.
Qualifications
Self motivated individual, capable of leading team, with total 10 to 15 years of experience, preferable in high performance compute and/or Automotive industry.
