What you will be doing:As an Eligibility Technician 2 (ET2), you will be part of the statewide Public Assistance Eligibility Team. Together, we will help Alaskan families, elders, and other individuals in need reach higher levels of independence and self-sufficiency by connecting them to the variety of public assistance programs our agency provides.

  • Oral Communication:Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to no verbal cues, and responds appropriately.

Minimum Qualifications
