Purpose of Position:

Provide technical support to all village-based clinics for the use of telemedicine carts and video conferencing. Set up and train Telemedicine Projects and work with village-based employees by educating them on I.S./I.T issues. Uphold the organizations vision, mission, and corporate values. Demonstrate understanding of and compliance with organizations policies, procedures, code of conduct and work rules.

Essential Functions:

• Troubleshoot telemedicine and video conferencing connectivity, problems, and issues
• Take requests for system enhancements or modifications
• Perform ongoing education with existing staff via the telephone, on-site visits, or training sessions
• Update documentation, participate in group projects, and training co-workers
• Produce system reports for any and all applications when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Use hands and arms to operate office or clinical equipment

View electronic monitors for prolonged periods of time

Working Conditions:

Work is conducted in a standard office environment

Some travel is required (between 25 and 50% of the time)

Travel is performed via large aircraft

Travel is performed via small (less than 16 passenger) aircraft
