The certified/licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician will be an integral part of our ZoiA Spa team.Must provide high-quality massage services to our valued guests. Their role involves a range of responsibilities that contribute to a positive guest experience and the overall success of our ZoiA Spa. The Massage Therapist and Esthetician must be passionate and dedicated.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities :

Massage Techniques:

· Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, and other specialized modalities, based on guest needs.

Consultations and Adaptability:

· Conduct consultations with guests to identify their needs and recommend appropriate massage services.

· Adapt seamlessly to changes in scheduling and unexpected demands to provide a smooth guest experience.

Workload Management:

· Handle a demanding schedule, performing up to four back-to-back massage sessions per day, with sessions ranging between 45 and 90 minutes.

Workspace Maintenance:

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, following hygiene protocols.

· Assist in setting up spas and workstations, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.

· Ensure the spa area stays clean and tidy throughout the shift, including equipment sanitization and room upkeep.

Team Collaboration:

· Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and enhance professional skills.

· Collaborate with fellow therapists, spa staff, and management for a seamless guest experience.

Esthetician Responsibilities :

Skin Care Services:

· Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, HydraFacial, waxing, and other specialized

treatments, based on guest needs.

· Tailor services to meet individual skin concerns and conditions, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.

Consultations and Adaptability:

· Conduct thorough skin consultations with guests to assess their needs and recommend suitable esthetic services.

· Adapt seamlessly to changes in scheduling and unexpected demands to provide a smooth and personalized guest experience.

Workload Management:

· Manage a demanding schedule, balancing multiple appointments throughout the day while maintaining high-quality service.

· Ensure efficient turnaround times between appointments to accommodate varying service durations.

Workspace Maintenance:

· Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, adhering to established protocols.

· Assist in setting up esthetician stations and treatment rooms, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

Team Collaboration:

· Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share expertise and enhance professional skills.

· Collaborate with fellow estheticians, massage therapists, and spa staff to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Certification and Professional Development:

· Hold a valid certification or license in massage therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.

· Stay informed about industry trends and advancements through continuous education and professional development.

Multilingual Communication:

· Communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and Dutch to cater to a diverse clientele.
