Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Hardware Analyst based in Norcross, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of audio and visual equipment for both residential and commercial customers. You will be a part of a team that values technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and set up of televisions, home theater systems, speakers, projectors, and other audio/visual equipment.

• Mounting and securing equipment to walls, ceilings, or other structures.

• Running and concealing wiring and cables to ensure a clean, detail oriented installation.

• Configuration and calibration of audio/visual systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with installed equipment.

• Educating clients on the proper use and maintenance of their audio/visual systems.

• Maintaining accurate records of installations, services performed, and equipment used.

• Collaborating with team members and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Audio Equipment

• Experience with Cabling and understanding of its principles

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Audio Visual technologies

• Ability to analyze and repair hardware issues

• Strong problem-solving skills related to hardware malfunctions

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical terms in a user-friendly manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Capacity to keep up-to-date with the latest hardware systems and technology

• Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
