TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Business Systems Analyst III to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
Applies appropriate management analysis processes, project management principles, and technical techniques to facilitate the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple projects
Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
Documents requirements and translates these into system specifications
Applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments
Plans and leads major technology assignments.
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success
This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Seven years of program management experience; MSC/US Navy experience strongly preferred.
Experience Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, DoD, DON.
Proficiency with IT program management principles.
PMP preferred.
Experience with MS Project a plus.
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
