Job Description
BAE Systems NSR is looking for an Electrician to add to our Dry Dock Maintenance Team. You will be responsible for the overall electrical maintenance of both floating drydocks on site as well as assist with the facilities team when required.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Electricity and electrical wiring skills
Troubleshooting abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving
Knowledge of electrical safety
Knowledge of the NEC
Understanding of power tools and their usage
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
Industrial or shipyard experience
3-5 years experience in an industrial/shipyard environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Familiarity with Floating Drydocks is preferred.
Pay Information
This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.
