Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor $75-85K/YR + OT

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians on the floor. This role emphasizes leadership rather than hands-on maintenance due to union regulations. Responsibilities include organizing data entry and collection on machine repairs, parts, orders, and PM schedules. The supervisor must work 5-10 hour shifts and be available for potential Saturday shifts every other weekend, with Sundays designated for preventative maintenance if required. Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is essential to guide and lead technicians effectively. The supervisor will have tasks delegated by the manager to help grow in the role and will work directly with engineering techs, maintenance, management, production, and supervision to ensure machine uptime. Daily oversight will include hydraulics, robotics, mechanical, electrical, and PLC maintenance.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio.

Work Environment

Openings are available for 1st shift (6am to 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm to 6am). This is a direct hire position with a salary of $70-80k, paid bi-weekly. The facility has an epoxy smell and some older machinery, but is undergoing expansion and equipment updates. It is a unionized Tier 1 automotive supplier with over 400 employees on site, operating in a hot automotive factory environment.
