Monitors business, operational and organizational activity and developments to identify, assess and articulate potential regulatory compliance issues and associated risk. Evaluates internal operations, controls, communications and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy provisions, offering recommendations for improvement as necessary. Coordinates and / or performs the preparation of document packages for regulatory submission and in support of internal and external audits and inspections. Serves as point of contact for regulatory and other external parties on data privacy and security law matters.
