Responsibilities The Opportunity As our Customer Service Representative– you will report to the Customer Service Manager. On a given day, you may: Respond to internal and external customer inquiries. Research part numbers, pricing, and service availability. Enter International and Domestic Customer orders into an ERP system Provide a great customer experience for our legacy customers Requirements for the role High School Diploma Required Proficient in Microsoft software including excel, word, ppt, and outlook 2 years managing a broad range of customer inquiries through multiple channels.
