Job Description

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

* The successful candidate will help by working with the USMEPCOM Application Operations team to create a positive experience in the implementation and use of technology by ensuring products meet business and technical requirements.

* Support the creation, maintenance, and management of test plans, test suites, estimation, test artifacts, and test cases within a test management system for manual and/or automated testing;

* Execute manual or automated testing using documented test cases as determined by the test plan;

* Maintain a customer service-oriented approach when working with team members and partners;

* Working with modern automation frameworks for web and mobile applications;

* Experienced in Selenium, AWS cloud architecture, and knowledge using JIRA and Confluence tools;

* Report/track bugs for every release and track them till they are closed

* Proactive and strong communicator in both technical and business settings;

* An expert in software testing practices for web apps

Skills and Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

* Must be a US Citizen and able to pass and maintain a DoD security clearance

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline

* 5+ years of experience as a Tester performing automated scripting using Selenium

* Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience as a Tester working with Agile software development teams

* Communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interactions with customers and executive-level management.

* Ability to work with and train clients on testing as well as automation

* Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; balancing strategic alignment with practical delivery * Test automation experience with tool XRAY null
