Financial Operations Customer Support Specialist

Location North Logan, Utah Travel 0-5% Responsibilities * Customer Funds Management: Manage relationships with customers, partners and intracompany business units related to financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of disbursement services. * Support: Provide support to other teams within the organization as needed, including but not limited to accounting, finance, and client services. Work CRM cases to support both internal and customer inquiries and requests. * Transaction Processing: Execute and oversee daily financial transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently. * Reconciliation: Perform daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliation of financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records. * Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer SLAs, banking regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. * Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance controls within financial operations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in financial operations, preferably within the financial services industry. - Experience in management customer relations. - Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and regulations. - Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar applications. - Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with financial systems implementation or process automation.
