Position: Supply Chain Clerk (I)

 

On-Site Position: Logan, UT

 

 

Spartronics is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to join our team in Logan, UT. The Supply Chain Clerk receives materials, issues kits, and/or ships materials for all business needs. They maintain accurate records of material transactions. Your contributions will help us continue our journey towards Winning as One: One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.

 

 

Essential Job Functions

 

• Executes inventory transactions and receives incoming inventory

• Audits inventory for accuracy

• Prepares kits for production along with shortages and production supplies

• Performs forklift responsibilities

• Ships products to customers

• Ships waybill preparation FEDEX/UPS

• Physically moves inventory components as required

• Any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

The experience we're looking for to add to the team:

 

Education/License/Experience Required

 

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 -- 3 years of related work experience (preferred)

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

 

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

• High level of attention to detail

• Good verbal and written communication

• Work well in a team environment

• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferred)

• Forklift experience (preferred)

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs., repeatedly.

• Reaching: Overhead, frequently

• Fine Motor Skills: Prolonged and repetitive soldering and other hand operations. Requires gripping, twisting, and pinching with both hands and fingers

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours

• Must be able to look in and work with a microscope

• Repetitive twisting at the waist

 

ITAR Regulations require all candidate be a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.

 

 

Work Schedule

 

• The planned schedule is a 4-day/10-hour workweek

• Shift 2: Mon -- Thurs, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

• Overtime: The goal is to limit overtime, but it is a reality in manufacturing

 

Shift Differential:

 

Employees working the second shift will receive an additional $1.50 per hour in addition to their base hourly rate.

 

Overtime (OT): When employees work overtime during the second shift, they will receive an additional $2.25 per hour on top of their base hourly rate.
