Job Title: Machine Operator $25+HR
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for our 1st Shift (7:00 - 3:30pm). The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and implement them as required. You will be responsible for advanced product production, reading and interpreting drawings and work instructions, and coordinating multiple machine centers to maximize production output. You will also learn the processes under the advanced process umbrella to support the commercial group as needed. Additional tasks include setting up and running a wire machine, inspecting and ensuring fine wire is running correctly, executing and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identifying new procedures or techniques which resolve internal or customer related problems.
