Job Summary:

Serve as the Single Point Of Contact between the regional Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IM SC) and the local commercial organization, overseeing End to End Supply Chain execution for France. Drive the development and execution of the local supply chain strategy aligned with commercial/customer needs and Deliver operations, also provide supply chain inputs to shape commercial strategy and enable local business to be successful.

Responsible for aligning the End-to-end Supply Chain strategies to the commercial strategic priorities and influencing portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment with key business functions and strategies.

Strong local key stakeholder management ensuring to translate local commercial requirements as well as supply chain constraints.

Deployment of product & portfolio strategies to enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, translate, and simplify supply chain complexity to the local commercial organization.

  • DRI for any Commercially relevant supply chain performance management

  • Lead IBP (Step 2) & SNP.

  • Lead the local new product launch process, collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure local commercial readiness, optimize launch plans and timelines, and manage supply chain launch risks and opportunities.

  • Accountable to implement SC project that drive Commercial growth.

  • Responsible for aligning the End-to-end Supply Chain strategies to the commercial strategic priorities and influencing portfolio decisions, ensuring alignment with key business functions and strategies.

  • Deployment of product & portfolio strategies to enable business growth

§ Strong local key stakeholder management ensuring to translate local commercial requirements as well as supply chain constraints.

§ Build close relationship with Local LT to understand.

o commercial strategy,

o local product lifecycle management,

o local forecast drivers and scenario plans

o In order to translate all those inputs to upstream supply chain (including supply chain constraints)

§ Manage the allocation, inventory management, crisis management, stakeholder management and communications for the local Operating Company (OpCo.)

§ Accountable for the overall Germany Inventory target, OTIFD and Supply Chain Cost to contribute the achievement of the local Commercial business and the IMSC targets.

  • Leads the people strategy for the local RDS organization.

  • Lead corresponding local Demand and supply team(s)

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Operations is required, Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is strongly preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong Experience and background in Demand Planning leading IBP and Market Demand Planning

  • Demonstrated experience with commercial integration, partnering with commercial leaders and driving business strategy.

  • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Operations and end to end supply chain acumen.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership in Commercial stakeholders.

  • Strong Business Acumen.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in root-cause analysis, and ability to effectively communicate the issue and resolution strategy to management and other stakeholders in the organization.

  • Business planning experience.

  • Strategic thought leader.
