Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for the overall quality and operational activities of Environmental Services, Food & Nutritional Services, Laboratory Services, Imaging Services, and Therapy Services.
The ADO assures the planning, directing, controlling and evaluation of the departments and hospital operations related to these departments.
Performs responsibilities in accordance with hospital goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
The ADO is responsible for the clinical, operational and financial management of the departments.
The ADO will ensure appropriate clinical and operational standards are met; and policies and procedures are developed and implemented.
The ADO will develop and review monitoring activities related to the quality of services provided. The ADO will ensure compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies.
The ADO will oversee the departments’ operations to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services to maximize patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
The ADO will manage the departments in accordance with established financial guidelines.
What qualifications you will need:
Education:
- Master’s degree required in business, hospital administration or other area of study appropriate for the position.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in a director or leadership role in a hospital setting.
Minimum 3 management/supervisory experience.
Special Qualifications:
