Oracle Consulting Solution Manager in NORTH RYDE, Australia
Job Description
Conduct risk assessments for solutions around Telecom OSS Service Fulfillment and Provisioning Domain including impact on business process.
Monitor and report on initiatives, strategies, and compliance products to improve the effectiveness of processes and products.
Analyse current services and processes, analyse and respond to customer feedback and insights and identify and implement opportunities to optimise these and contribute to ongoing improvements to products and service delivery to allow the organisation to perform more effectively.
Provide advice on change initiatives, upgrades, testing coordination, reports/recommendations on issues, and system or process improvements.
Contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational consistency and adoption of best practice.
Document business processes, technical functions and user stories (requirements) to enhance business systems using best practice methodology and industry recognised processes, practices and systems.

Responsibilities
Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices across the service delivery.
Proactively communicating and collaborating with customers to create system solutions based on user requirements specifications
Client business requirement gathering and documentation of end-to-end solution architecture to meet business requirement into technical requirements, conducting software technical feasibility study.
Document business processes and scenarios / use cases, capture scoping, organize / facilitate workshops, capture change impacts to process, and participate in Testing and Training activities.
Responsible for identifying business use cases and creation of workflow diagrams in enterprise architecture.
Tracking and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications, writes detailed procedures for permanent records and for training use.
Provide consulting, guiding and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as feasibility and migration for recommended software upgrade.
Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
Qualification: Need a bachelor or postgraduate degree in a relevant information technology field (such as Information Communication or Computer Science)
Skills Requirement:
Minimum 15+ years of experience on complete OSS suite implementation ranges from Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Billing, Customer Care, Provisioning/Order Management, Service Activation, Inventory Management, Problem Handling, Mediation and Network Service Management.
Experienced in System Analysis and Design, Capacity Planning, Instance Strategy, Automation and Replication of Environments and System Integration Design.
Deploy functional solutions and implement system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the systems.
Lead and co-ordinate technical tasks with partners, customers, internal and external development teams to develop an effective solution for the end customer requirements.
Preferrable to have 5+ years of hands-on experience on Oracle OSS COTS product that includes OSM, UIM, ASAP and Network Integrity.
