Press Operators (60346) - AMAZING BENEFITS!HOURS: 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00amPAY RATE: $18-22/hr. + DOECPS Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic Syracuse area company to find Press Operators to become a vital part of their team!This is an amazing Direct-Hire opportunity with 25% employer matched 401K, health and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock ownership plan!If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to get started, apply today!Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Operates press and printing equipment, maintaining accurate and timely production and quality recordsMonitors press output and visually inspects product for defects and quality issuesLoads and unloads paper rolls, mount and shaft rolls, maintain correct ink levels, colors and chemistry Maintains all materials, tools, and supplies in a clean and orderly manner and follow all safety, sanitation and product safety procedures and policiesOperates all features of press functionsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of flexographic printing press experienceAbility to identify issues/problems, evaluate options and implement solutionsKnowledge of machines, tools and computers, including design, use, repairs and maintenanceAbility to understand mathematical applicationsGood customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of professions and personalitiesGood command of the English language; ability to effectively read and writeAble to lift up to 50 poundsApplicants must follow the CPS employment guidelines and be willing to comply with our drug screening policy and other pre-employment requirements.
