SMT TechnicianMonday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM$28-$33 /hr DOECPS Recruitment is seeking a temporary SMT Technician to join an exciting team in North Syracuse, NY. The role involves executing SMT PCA builds and performing repairs, including solder screening, pick and place execution, hand soldering, AOI, and more.Key Responsibilities:Follow established procedures for daily manufacturing operations.Troubleshoot setup issues and inspection faults.Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing tasks.Perform tasks of moderate scope, possibly leading specific tasks within larger projects.Document process results during repair and troubleshooting.Manually set up equipment to meet production requirements.Collaborate effectively within the manufacturing production team, working independently or as part of a team.Qualifications:High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree.Minimum of three years of experience in SMT manufacturing.Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Preferred Requirements:IPC and J-STD Soldering and/or Wire Harness Certifications.Experience in the defense industry.Apply today to become part of a dynamic team that makes a difference.
