Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Controls Engineering Technicians for projects located in and around Vernon, IN . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Support Production Operations for all Maintenance and Repairs for Mechanical Problems, such as, but not limited to, Conveyors and Machine Automation, Robots, CNC Lathes, Forge Presses
Analyze, Troubleshoot, and Maintain all Plant Equipment through the Application of Sound Troubleshooting Techniques and Repair Methodology
Work from Available Mechanical Drawings and Equipment Specifications and Schematics
Perform Preventive, Predictive, and Routine Inspection Maintenance
Requirements:
Basic Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuits and Equipment
Able to Navigate Ladder Logic, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
Ability to Work with 24 DC to 480 Volts AC
Able to use Test Equipment, such as Multi-Meter, Megger, Phase Rotation Meter, and Oscilloscope
Ability to Read and Understand Blueprints and Schematics
Familiarity with Fanuc or Nachi Robots for Recovery, Point Adjustment, and Program Change
