What you’ll do…

• You will create, Track & Receive POs

• You will call in locates, follow up on responses

• You will key billing data from timesheet / LMR’s into billing system with high degree of accuracy.

• You will receive new jobs from Customer

• You will set up new jobs in the Job Management system

• You will bill Customer and Correct Rejections as needed

• You will order materials and office supplies

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

• You will File, data entry, I-9 verification for new employees, and other office assigned duties

• You will answer phones in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications

• You have strong customer Service skills

• You have strong Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel

• You have the ability to mulit task and strong attention to detail

• You are a self starter

• You have effective communication skills
