Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, is working with a well-known Military University in Northfield, VT . Looking for to hire a Student Loan Officer (Bursar) , either fully onsite or hybrid options, salary of $75-80K Annual. This would be a direct hire opportunity.

Job Title: Student Loan Officer (Bursar)

Location: Northfield, Vermont 05663

Permanent/Direct Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, Normal Business Hours, either fully onsite or hybrid options

Pay: $75-80K Annual

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the Accounts Receivable function for student accounts, including invoicing, cash receipts from students and third parties, posting of financial aid funds, and all collection activities.

  • Tracking, collecting, and recording revenue generated by tuition and fees, including student and third-party payments, as well as institutional and federal financial aid.

  • Directing all student billing, ensuring accuracy of student charges and performing adjustments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + Minimum 3 years experience managing accounts receivable and supervisory experience

  • Working knowledge of ERPs, Microsoft Office suit, financial aid practices/procedures, collection laws/regulations, collection practices and techniques

  • Customer Service, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution

  • Flexible working hours, as required
