Weekend Differential
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to patients.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy holding Baccalaureate Degree or higher required.
Current California Physical Therapy licensure required (PTL)
Recent graduates who are board eligible will be considered for provisional appointments.
Current CPR (AHA BLS)
Fire Safety card required. (must obtain 90 days from start date)
Training:
Academic curriculum will include coursework on growth and development gerontology and therapeutic procedures for pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric populations.
New applicants must present documentation of continuing education or experience. Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
Therapists will apply and obtain CCS paneling once one year equivalent of pediatric experience is obtained.
Pay Range
$44.63 - $64.72 /hour
