Clean Harbors Manager ERP Systems Integrations, Oracle Cloud in Norwell, Massachusetts
The Manager of ERP Systems Integrations has responsibility for managing all integrations between ERP system and proprietary legacy business applications. The Manager will work alongside the business and VP of ERP Integrations to oversee all systems integration planning, development, delivery, implementation, monitoring, and performance of applications. They will set and manage priorities based on the business and executive priorities, while ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines.
Collaborate with the VP ERP Systems Integrations, ERP team, on prem platform owners and business stakeholders to identify, plan, develop and implement integration system solutions.
Manage on site resources alongside captive resources in India to develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across US and India.
Execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents such as release notes.
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Develop and deliver requirements documentation and presentations in conjunction with Business analysts.
Effectively communicate project expectations to direct manager, team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud with a proprietary backend .net system.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Monitor key organization requirements such as the daily execution and distribution of information. Direct the corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.
Identify and resolve issues, escalations and conflicts within the project team; Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Facilitate systems integration testing and user acceptance testing between quality assurance, ERP team and users.
